We have been manufacturing/distributing the acrylic knit hats for many years. While the breadth of our hat product line offering has diminished over time, we felt the quality of our hats was superior to other products available and chose to continue manufacturing the products despite lower and lower product margins.
As you are likely aware, the raw material supply chain in the United States has been a mess since the COVID-19 outbreak. Considering supply chain issues, along with oil price and labor cost increases has forced us to discontinue 1 product line of our hats. Only the acrylic knit hats will be discontinued. This will only affect a limited number of our customers.
The acrylic knit hats, (part numbers T730 and T740) are being discontinued effective immediately.
We have remaining inventory that will be sold on a first come, first serve basis and can be seen on our clearance products page.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you and your customers. We simply can not absorb the losses on these products going forward.
